Job Summary:
SantimPay is looking for a Relationship Officer to manage and strengthen connections with clients, partners, and users in the tech industry. You will act as the link between our technological solutions and client needs—ensuring satisfaction, facilitating product adoption, and identifying growth opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Understand clients’ business goals and align our tech solutions accordingly

Serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams to communicate needs and feedback

Assist with onboarding and product implementation for new clients

Monitor client engagement and analyze usage to recommend improvements
-
Resolve client issues with support from internal teams
-
Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams for a seamless client experience
-
Conduct regular check-ins or workshops to educate clients on new features and best practices

Track account performance and prepare reports

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on usage and client needs
About You
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in customer success, client relations, or technical account management
-
Basic understanding of SaaS, APIs, cloud services, or enterprise software
-
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Ability to explain technical terms to non-technical users

Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk
-
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Preferred Attributes:

Experience in B2B tech (e.g., software, fintech, healthtech, edtech)

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
